This is soundwave from the movie “Transformers 2: revenge of the fallen.” Soundwave while rarely seen in the movie plays an important role at the same time. During the movie where soundave is introduced, he infects a satellite to take control of it and during that scene, he finds out the location of a shard of the all spark. If you didn’t know the all spark is an all powerful cube that can create and destroy life(cybertronian lives), then he sends the decepticon “Ravage” towards the location to steal it and revive their dead boss megatron. Soundwave compared to the original voice of the original soundwave sounds more like Doctor Claw from inspector gadget, he also lacks the original transformation of a boombox. Without Soundwave though, the whole plot would never had happen.
